We just got back from one of the Asian markets in Bradford and came  home with lots of interesting ingredients.  Hubby is in the kitchen making at least one kind of curry with peas, spinach and paneer, not sure what else he's getting up to, but I'm sure it'll be tasty!

First homecooked meal in a week, so it was extra tasty - peppered steaks, risotto, and sauteed peas and garlic.

Made Mexican Lasagna last night! It was delicious. Based it loosely on one I saw on Pioneer Woman.

Today we were supposed to have a BBQ at the in-laws, but it's going to rain all day. So we'll see.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

That all sounds so good!

Corn chowder and homemade wholemeal bread.

Baked (or maybe grilled) chicken breasts marinated in yoghurt & Moroccan harissa-style seasonings, couscous with sauteed leeks in it, then either a salad or maybe some asparagus (either grilled or steamed).

Salmon, parmesan couscous, and salad. We're trying to drop the lbs we picked up in the US!
