I think I'm having baked Alaskan Haddock, baked sweet tater, & some steamed veggies, that might change if Dh & I decide to have the same thing if we do I don't know what that would be.

Parmesan crusted chicken, risotto, and broccoli/cauliflower. I'm sick of risotto and I need to come up with some new side dishes.  :-\\\\

Yeah, that's when I'm glad I now have access to noodles again (as opposed to just pasta in the UK!). Have you tried any pilaf or other rice dishes?
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Ah, having more than seven dollars in my checking account.  The joy.  ;)

Wild rice is near impossible to find here, which is really frustrating. If they do sell it it's really expensive. I was going to make something called, 'onion rice' tonight, but when I looked at the recipe I realized it's just risotto without the cheese and wine! So, I made risotto....  :P

We're having burger and chips tonight.
