Don't know.  We've got an aubergine that needs cooking, but hubby will have to do that since I've never cooked with one.

Ugh. Maybe a Greek salad later if I feel like eating anything at all! For lunch I had baby back ribs, onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks with ranch and fried shrimp at TGI Friday's. It was surprisingly delicious, though I had to walk for an extra hour today just to feel better about how much I gorged myself on greasy food.  :P

Lasagna with green salad and homemade ranch dressing.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
