Last night I made Chicken Chili with Rice. Tonight we're having leftovers inside tortillas for burritos! And probably tortilla chips with salsa, since we found Pace salsa at Costco!  :o

I made a tuna salad from red onions, tomatoes, avocado, fresh lemon juice, dijon mustard and mayo served over rocket.  It turned out fabulous.   :)

Homemade pizza with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and goats cheese with sauteed mixed greens.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I wasn't feeling burritos last night. So we had Fish in Parsley Sauce (those microwaveable pouches), Baked Potato and Mixed Veg.

Tonight will be the burritos. Maybe.
