Yum!

I think we'll also be doing some sort of baked chicken.

Why not just celebrate on Quince de Mayo?  ;)

Maybe we should!  ;D

Not sure what's on tonight - either DH cooking or we're going t'pub.  We are going down the street (in the direction of the pub!) to vote when he gets home, so who knows?

Vegetarian chilli.
[smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

It's meat night tonight for hubby (his trainer wants him to eat more meat!) so he's having steak, sweet potato, and grilled veggies.  I'm having left over pasta and steamed broccoli.

I miss pubs!

Tonight was suppsed to be steaks and baked potatoes, but one of our expected diners had to cancel, so it's fend for yourself... steaks postponed to tomorrow.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I was going to make meatloaf tonight but DH and I are both sick of mince after having it twice already this week. Blech.

Sooooo, I think I am just going to make tuna, cucumber, and red pepper wraps. And a huge bowl of popcorn since DSS is coming tonight and he loves it.  :)

The vegetarian chilli we were going to have yesterday. We went for Thai yesterday instead, due to voting and Mr MLG saying I was a 'big girl' with being at the GP's.  :P

We might have Tex-Mex tonight.

Yes, I am doing lazy woman's Tex-Mex tonight:  seasoned ground beef mince, pinto beans cooked up in a pan, wrapped up into Old El Paso flour tortillas for burritos - with grated cheese, salsa (Old El Paso again!), sour cream, and lettuce.  I even bought a bag of Doritos.  Beer for DH.  Surprisingly, I don't really feel like drinking tonight, although I might go for a vodka & cran later or something.
