Pork and mango stir fry from a recipe in a Rosemary Conley magazine that DW saw and passed to me saying "this looks nice", in the tone that also said "hint, hint....why don't you make it"!  ;D

Sausages, boiled potatoes (since the 6 yr old doesn't like mashed), and broccoli.

Broccoli and Stilton soup.  Although, my flatmate made curry and it's filling me with food envy!

Vegetarian chilli.
Ditto.  From the freezer.  We will be eating from the freezer most of this week since my work schedule is going to be relatively crazy.

Broccoli cheese soup and English muffins.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Thanks... it's my first time to make it, so its kind of an experiment. I will have to see how it turns out.  ;)
