M&S cottage pie with brussel sprouts. Could've done without the sprouts really, but, the pie was lovely! :D

We've been eating out of the freezer all week because of my crazy work schedule this week.  Last night was North African red lentil soup / stew with mashed sweet potatoes.  Tonight will probably be pasta with my very veggie tomato sauce.

DH is out on the p*ss for a works do.  I had Pizza Express pizza (American Hot) that you can buy from the grocery store & cook yourself.  And a Nanaimo Bar - thanks J!  :)

Ended up having beef and cheese quesadillas last night. Yummy.

I think it will just be burgers tonight. I split the 500g packs of extra lean mince in half since there are only two of us, so I need to use the other half tonight.
