Either chicken curry or chicken cordon bleu - it depends on if I'm feeling adventurous or not and want to try a new recipe.

Never made it the other night - so tonight its the broiled whole trout, stuffed with fennel, garlic, and lemon and ratatouille on the side (got some gorgeous spring veggies in my veg box this week  :))
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

We've got left over roast chicken and it's very warm today, so I think I'll make a chicken salad to serve over baby spinach with tomato and avocado.

Rhubarb crisp for dessert.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Yummy!

I just had a cheese and avocado sandwich.

The eating from the freezer continues....we had a sort of minestrone with fresh rye bread made by mapleleafgirl with turtlebars for dessert, also made by mlg!

Tonight is a BBQ at Mrs. Robinson's house, and she's made a veggie chick pea salad which I'll  have!

It was so much fun!  and I had the chick pea salad leftovers for breakfast.

Tonight hubby is making some kind of a curry.  I saw cauliflower.  I'm too tired to go find out.  I'm tired, hungry and sore, (from work) but happy (from helping teach harp to beginers!).  And happy hubby is the one cooking.

Thanks!  I'll be back on cooking duty tomorrow.  Probably do my very veggie chilli since it's quicker than most of my dishes and I'm meeting mapleleafgirl that afternoon.  Not sure about tonight...

I've got some chicken thighs that need using, so I am thinking of making Rachel Ray's Lemon-Garlic Spanish Chicken Thighs and Rice Pilaf

I think we will have some roasted turkey breasts and sweet potatoes with steamed asparagus. I need something healthy after eating McDonald's yesterday!  [smiley=puke.gif] (Told you I would pay for that, Mrs R!)
