I'm going out to dinner! Italian with my Books and Cooks Club!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

My DH wanted the same, but I put my foot down. I promised him one later in the week when it cools off!

We're having a tomato, mozzarella, and basil tart along with some salad.

Figured it was hot, so perfect weather for a curry!

Homemade Tandoori style chicken thighs with Aloo Gobi and brown rice.  May throw a salad in there too if it's not too much effort.

The 6 year old has a very wobbly front tooth, so pasta.  Since I'm lazy  :P and don't want to prepare more than one meal we will all have pasta with something soft as a protein.
