Lazy Tex-Mex tonight, and there's enough left over - that's tomorrow night sorted too.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

- from Anthem, by Leonard Cohen (b 1934)

Either chili or lasagne. Sadly, neither home made but Mondays are always rough days around here so we opt for the lazy options!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I really don't know. I was sort of thinking about making white chili tonight, but can't find that good recipe that was circulating on here for a while. Does anyone have Genau's recipe?

Eh... its ok. I think I will just wing it. I doubt I have all the ingredients anyway (I remember tins of green chiles in there, which I don't have) but at least I do have the liquid smoke, so that should give it a nice flavour.

Chicken, noodles, and mashed potatoes. Oh, and some green beans to health it up!

I'd be curious how your sat nav has you navigate the Irish Sea!  ;D
