You should post your recipe for this on the bean thread! It sounds great.  :)

I think tonight it will just be frozen sweet chili chicken pizza with salad since it's Scrabble night at MIL's.  :)

I'm going to try and recreate a pasta dish I had at a restaurant. Chicken, spinach, and farfalle pasta with a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce.

Submitting it to the taste panel, eh? I'd be a willing test subject!  ;)

LOL... sort of.  I have a friend from Greece who finds that traditional British food is just too heavy for her, so I offered to let her try this curry and if she likes it, she can have the recipe.  She likes curry, but need more things she can make herself.  You are more then welcome to try my dodgy cooking next time you're down.   :)

Hehe... I think you are just being humble! I'd be more than happy to have dinner at your place anytime I can manage it!  :)

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Chana saag aloo, with wholegrain pita breads rather than naan - cos we had some pitas on hand that needed eating up!

Green Chicken Curry and Brown Rice made by the boy with a fresh chile salsa-y thing he makes on top.  Mmmmm.  ;D

Oh, OK I will!

Last night we had pasta and my home-made sorta very veggie sauce (hubby said "no more beans for the rest of the week!") with Cauldron veggie sausages cut up and mixed in.

Tonight hubby is having salmon (trainer says he needs more meat, but he's switching from red meat to fish now) with steamed broccoli and I'll have leftover pasta with steamed broccoli.  So no actual cooking for me tonight!
