We had barbecue chicken breasts with crash hot potatoes and corn on the cob. Easy peasy.

Ate faaaar too much this weekend...  So tonight, just had a small & simple bowl of pasta with garlic, olive oil, and some brassica leaves that DH pulled up in thinning out the brassicas (kale & brussel sprouts) he planted, garnished with some parmesan cheese.
Ring the bells that still can ring

We decided today to go buy a barbecue grill on a whim. We had a great time cooking up some burgers, sausages and barbecue chicken drumsticks. Geez... I'm stuffed!

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Definitely a leftovers day for me, too many crazy things going on today and I've got food that needs eating.  I love leftovers, no work, no fuss!!

Not sure. Probably just some boneless pork chops with baby potatoes and green beans.

A friend invited the girls and I around, so I don't have to cook!  Plus, since it is in walking distance, I'm planning on having a glass (or two) of wine.   :)
