I made a tomato, cuke, and feta salad.

This is my current obsession!  I had a temper trantrum in my kitchen this morning when I saw we had NO cherry tomatos for me to make some for lunch.  So, tonight, we're having fish cakes (with poached egg on top, which is good no matter how gross it sounds) and this salad.  Yum yum.

Yesterday we had steak salads with the left over steak from Sunday night. Tonight we're having dal curry with raita and chapatis.

Mmmm!

I think we are just having some mince and tatties. I might throw some dumplings on if I can be bothered!  :)

I don't know what it's going to be tonight as hubby has a thing after work and won't be home for dinner  :( .  I've already made tomorrow's which will be Moroccan squash stew with either cous cous or quinoa.

I'm going out for dinner tonight as part of an early birthday dinner with friends. I don't know for sure what I'm going to have but I do know they have home made stuffed tater tots with brie and bacon as an appetizer so I just might have to partake!!
