DH did a lamb & aubergine curry, using Sunday's leftover lamb roast.  With rice.

PF Changs or Pizzeria Uno. We have family in town and we need kid-friendly. I'd rather go to the Cheesecake Factory.

An everything-but-the-kitchen-sink salad:  penne, chickpeas, chilies, pepper, red onion, black olives, regular tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper, fresh oregano & fresh parsley.
