I'm having a baked sweet tater, steam veggies, along with a Ribeye steake done on the GF grill not sure what Dh is having he didnt want what I'm having.

Salmon parcels, risotto, peas, and corn on the cob (we need to use them up!). I'm also making a strawberry buttermilk cake for dessert. Taking advantage of the cooler temps and using the oven tonight!

Cream leeks, Peas and some lovely peppered slow roasted pork belly. Having the oven on was a 'mare though.
