Yeah he just isn't big on most veggies I like or fish unless its fish & chips lol.  ;)  :)  I also think I burnt him out on porkchops an a few other things I seem to have often as well. I'm the one trying to lose weight an stay on my LO GI diet so I cant fault him. at least he isn't a hubby who tries to sabotage me likes some hubby's do when there partner is trying to lose weight  ;)  ;D  he is actually the opposite he will say are you suppose to have that if its something high calorie an its not a cheat day so he is looking out for my best interest I couldnt ask for a better hubby!!   [smiley=love.gif]  [smiley=hug.gif]
I see.  Glad he is so supportive!

Tonight I'm making veggie chili!

I've had a massive tomato craving for the past few days, so I am going to make Caprese and some Very Veggie (ha Andee has rubbed off on us all  ;D) Spaghetti Sauce w/ whole wheat pasta.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Me too.  No idea where it came from, but for the past few days, I've had spaghetti and meatballs and tomato basil soup.

Spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and cold cucumber soup.  I thought it was going to be warmer this week, so I bought the fixings for the soup and had to use it despite it being a not so hot day.

I'm telling myself it's the weather and all the gorgeous tomatoes in the shops.  But, I ate one like an apple for a snack today.  :D Yay, Lycopene!

I must say Andee's Very VeggieTM was one of the best sauces I've ever made. Although I did cheat and add a few amazing chicken jalapeno sausages I saw at Whole Foods.

I saved the caprese to have with chicken skewers and grilled corn on the cob tonight. (or tomorrow, whatever time zone you're in)

ETA: a TM for Andee

ETA: a TM for Andee

 ;D Hehe!

Last night ended up being chicken fajita wraps, which were awesome.  :)

Tonight, I'm not really sure... if the weather stays kind of dreary and slightly cool, I might make a chicken and brocolli cottage pie. If not, maybe some sort of jacket potatoes.

Today is cheat day we had a change of plans so I think we are either having fresh pizzas & garlic bread from ASDA or Southern style chicken fingers & some wedges either is fine with me!!  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]
