We are having Chicken Tetrazzini.  I haven't had it for years, but I'm seriously having a craving today :)

A big huge salad (with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing!) and some BBQ chicken drumsticks.

Hmmm.... how do you make this? I may need to have this tonight as well.  :) I've never made it, but I suspect I may have most of the ingredients at home and I have some chicken I need to use for something.  :)

I love Hayseed Dixie!  ;D And I would enjoy having that lunch with them for sure!  ;)

Chicken Enchiladas (although I can't find my Creme de Colorado cookbook :P) and a big fat salad.

Had the Chicken Tetrazzini the other night and it was pretty good for a first attempt with no recipe! Will try that again soon, I think.

Last night I made some scampi (UK style) with homemade cole slaw and salad.

Today I made a steak and ale pie for dinner and it was fab! Then for tea we had some cheese toasties with leftover cole slaw and crisps.  :)

These chicken enchiladas are epic.  I made my own creamy tomatillo sauce and and a gorgeous avocado ranch dressing for the salad.  I feel very cheffy.  [smiley=chef.gif]

Oh yum. That sounds so good. I wish I could get some tomatillos here.  :(

Tonight its chicken tikka masala with rice and naan.

Toast my lunch didn't agree with me an I still have a dodgy tummy so I'm having something light. I wouldn't eat if I didn't have to but I have to take my meds with something to eat.
