We are having Chicken Tetrazzini.  I haven't had it for years, but I'm seriously having a craving today

A big huge salad (with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing!) and some BBQ chicken drumsticks.

Baguette and hummus and stuff.

Hmmm.... how do you make this? I may need to have this tonight as well.  I've never made it, but I suspect I may have most of the ingredients at home and I have some chicken I need to use for something.

I love Hayseed Dixie!  And I would enjoy having that lunch with them for sure! 

Chicken Enchiladas (although I can't find my Creme de Colorado cookbook ) and a big fat salad. 

Had the Chicken Tetrazzini the other night and it was pretty good for a first attempt with no recipe! Will try that again soon, I think.

Last night I made some scampi (UK style) with homemade cole slaw and salad.

Today I made a steak and ale pie for dinner and it was fab! Then for tea we had some cheese toasties with leftover cole slaw and crisps. 

Just had some chicken korma and cous cous.  Mmm. 

These chicken enchiladas are epic.  I made my own creamy tomatillo sauce and and a gorgeous avocado ranch dressing for the salad.  I feel very cheffy.

Oh yum. That sounds so good. I wish I could get some tomatillos here.

Toast my lunch didn't agree with me an I still have a dodgy tummy so I'm having something light. I wouldn't eat if I didn't have to but I have to take my meds with something to eat.
