Special Turkey Sandwich from the cooks because I agreed to close on my day off.  Six days in a row of work.  :-\\\\

Spaghetti (whole wheat) with pancetta, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, and fresh herbs. Because it was quick and I had all the ingredients on hand.

Hubby is making some kind of veggie (New World) stew - with squash, corn, pinto beans, etc...recipe out of the Greens cookbook.

Chicken, rice and veg.  An unexciting dinner, but my flatmate made a Red Velvet cake, sooo dessert will more than make up for it!  ;)

Left over roast chicken with home made corn cakes (a la the Cheesecake Factory).
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

A big salad with chicken and nuts and lots of goodies on it.  I've been lacking raw veg this week and it's all I can think of eating today.
