Some Covent Garden asparagus soup.  Don't feel like cooking today.

Don't feel like cooking today.

Me either!  Except it's my turn.  Off to wander Morrisons & figure something out.

Roasted red and yellow beet and goat's cheese salad, homemade chunky cream of tomato soup, and warm crusty rolls.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling lazy tonight.  Good luck with yours!  :)

Improvised chili with quorn mince, chili seasoning, chopped tomatoes, and a tin of refried beans when I discovered we didn't have kidney beans.  Served over potato waffles. Result = Yummy!

Thanks!  After the feast we had last night, I felt like whatever I made would be pathetic by comparison.  DH said, well even if he'd have made it, it would be the same.  I said yes but then you would have made it.  :P

We had grilled salmon fillets, carrots, and corn on the cob (this corn, which was purchased in the husk, was not as nice as the last we got though [smiley=bleck.gif]...tough and not very sweet...and the last we had was really nice).
