Italian 3 bean soup.  It was scrumtulescent.

Mmmm.... I'm intrigued. Plus it sounds cheap!  :P

We had burgers on the grill, thanks to my mate.  ;)

We had Barnsley chops (lamb), corn on the cob, and green beans, with a glass of red wine.  And Tortas de la Virgen (alternatively, Tortas de Aceite) for dessert - our local deli had these in this week!  :)

I'm doing a veg soup...just threw together carrots, leeks, courgette (will add potato cubes and cabbage later) into the slow cooker with a beef stock cube and a can of diced tomatoes pepper & garlic salt...we'll see what happens! It smells nice at least  :)

Leftover beef enchiladas from last night..we are going out tonight to see a Queen Tribute band..should be fun!

I'm making red chicken and cheese enchiladas and spanish rice. Time consuming but worth it.

American-  I think it's a New England thing to call a macaroni/beef/pepper/onion/tomato sauce American Chop Suey?
