Ha Jewlz- I'm just disappointed in myself for eating all junk all the time.  ;)

You will probably eat less junk when you get here. Fast food costs a fortune here compared to the US, I think!  :o

Last night was a using up leftovers night, including my MILs veggie chili which was hot enough to blow the tonsils out of your throat.  It was absolutely inedible.  I had to add another tin of tomatoes and load of other stuff just to make it edible.   (She means well, but she really doesn't know how to judge amounts of spices and also just assumes hubby and I like everything super hot even though I keep telling her we don't!).

Tonight I have no idea what we're having, but I've got to come up with something....

Crockpot beef stew with homemade gnocchi.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Spaghetti bolognese I think.

Oven roasted parsnips, carrots, and sweet potatoes.  Bun-less nut burgers.

I was excited to try Squirellypoo's macos, but now that I can't get out of the house to get the stuff, I'm not sure what we'll have.  :-\\\\

Roasted vegetables and goat's cheese stuffed into some puff pastry and baked.  Love me some goat's cheese!

"TV Dinner" (from the freezer) - leftover pulled pork on buns, probably some oven chips & carrots.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...
