Escargot!!! Bought at the market in Paris and in the freezer until yesterday. I discovered that mushrooms are perfect for keeping them upright in the oven. And hey, bonus garlicky mushrooms!

It does sound good.  Sorta what we had two nights ago.  Tonight is my mung bean curry.  Might get some bhajis to go with it and naan bread.

Vegetarian tacos.

Thanks, it's a cheap and tasty meal, and a good way to use potatoes without having to eat jackets more than once a week.

Meatballs and pasta again.  :-\\\\ But FIL gave us a huge bowl full of gorgeous tomatoes and some onions from his garden, so we're having chili con carne with pico de gallo and tortilla chips tomorrow night. Yippee!

Lasagna - off to throw it together now!  ;D  (American-style with ricotta cheese, not bechamel...it was fabulous!)

And red wine.
