We're having jacket potatoes - DH will probably have homemade coleslaw and beans or cheese and I will have leftover chili and cheese. Plus more chips and lots of homemade salsa.  :)

Curry. Haven't had it in a while so I'm excited. :)

My mother is concocting some sort of Asian loveliness that involves cellophane noodles, veggies and super thin sliced beef. I'm doing the bok choy.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Some sort of beef stir fry with fried rice, I think.

It ended up being a Mongolian barbecue style beef and noodle stir fry with cabbage and onions and was very tasty!   [smiley=chef.gif]

Tonight will likely be boneless pork chops with steamed cauliflower and new potatoes.

Feeling totally uninspired so it will be sausages with boiled potatoes as the 6 year old won't eat mash, along with broccoli.
