We had tortellini with some quick homemade marinara, plus bunless eggplant veggie burgers and a salad.

We're having a beef stew in the slow cooker when we come in from seeing the castles. Kind of glad it's cold outside - my parents get to see what England is really like, plus the beef stew will be nice and warming.  ;)
