Sundays are usually fend for yourself day so no clue whats for dinner I'm hoping I don't get stomach cramps & severely upset tummy again like I have to past 2 days.

A veg soup to use up all these potatoes, carrots, leeks, and celery we have.  Got a little too ambitious with the groceries this week.  :)

I'm a day ahead with cooking dinner!  I've already made a spicy red lentil and veggie plus potato soup for tonight.  Today I'm probably going to make a leek and potato soup for tomorrow.
