Making homemade fish sticks, but haven't figured what else to put with it other than a salad.  Don't want chips, but hubby will probably want them.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

small crockpot - layers of cooked mince, green beans, hot and spicy tomato sauce and mozz cheese.  Random but it fits my phase 1 of SB and it was good!

Ham and spaghetti pie. It was a recipe given to me at my bridal shower and I've never made it!

It's not very healthy  :-\\\\  It has cubed cooked ham, cheese, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, some spices, all mixed with cooked spaghetti then baked with breadcrumbs and a bit more sprinkled cheese on top. My cousin makes it for her three teenage sons and they all love it!

Jacket potatoes with last week's leftover chili, out of the freezer.

Cheesy chicken and pea cottage pie thingy. Last night was a chicken and noodle stir fry that turned out to be pretty nice.
