Homemade New England clam chowder with the choice of either crusty bread or homemade garlic & gargonzola bread. It was all so scrummy and the family loved it!
Let them eat cupcakes!

Pasta thing:  penne (or rigatoni) with my sausage/peppers/onions/tomatoes & wine sauce.  Using Debbie & Andrew's Sicilian sausages (procured at Morrisons) to which I'll add some fennel seed & red pepper flakes.

And red wine.  Possibly salad and/or garlic bread.

Met friends at the Living Food event and they invited us along to dinner tonight   :)

I believe the dinner menu for tonight is scallops and wood pigeon over black pudding mash (with their own grown potatoes) and curly kale (also their own) and devils food cake with strawberry ice cream - and lots of red wine
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I wouldnt call what I'm doing a diet  but its more a of Lifestyle change is what my trainer & dietitian call it  ;)  :)  I just limit my portions & my sugar intake an also alot of excercise an I have been losing weight. Our dinners varry every night I couldnt eat the same thing night after night that would burn me out really quick.

Were having Gammon steaks done on the GF gril,l steamed rice, & I'm having steamed veggies as well.

Last night, hubby made a stew with bits of chorizo, red lentils, carrots, onions, garlic & spices/seasonings, etc - it was nice.  I had to 'lol' though because I'd made soup for lunch, however, his stew was very good.

Sunday roast (pork) tonight!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] ;D

We haven't had one in awhile & it's getting to be perfect weather for it.  :)
