Beef stew!
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

Mmm I wanted that tonight...but I don't have the time to make it.... :-[

Since it's just me I think it might be a omelet

It's simmering away on the hob now.  We'll probably eat at 8 - just letting you know when to show up.  ;) :)

Rare breed pork chops, homemade applesauce, smashed potatoes, and kohlrabi for dinner tonight

Plus some gorgeous whisky, (courtesy of my old team as a leaving pressie)

Last night was Chicken Enchiladas made with supplies brought to me from the states. :)  Tonight is Brinner. Pancakes, eggs, sausage. Yum!

Thanks for the tip! Are they proper corn tortillas though? Bc that is the one thing I can't stand about the ones i've made here.

Congrats!!

We're having pizza, frozen pizza but it's a treat after killing ourselves with exercise/work all week and maybe have a cider after the munchkin is asleep  :)

Thanks Weby- Crazy thing is I got offered a job at the restaurant we ate in, just a block from my house.  So now I have to make a choice, sucks to screw over the job I took today as they're lovely.  But, this job is so near my home! Uggggh.  Food was lovely though.  :)

Nice!  :)

Just made a big Sunday lunch - roast chicken and parsnips with steamed baby potatoes, cauliflower and brussels sprouts and Yorkshire puddings. DSS is one of those unusual children who loves brussels sprouts and cauliflower (and most other veg)!  :o Too bad he doesn't really like meat, though. He had some chocolate ice cream afterwards for a bit of protein.  ;)
