We had veggie stir fry with sesame noodles. My 'I can't be bothered' dinner of choice... ;)

Caribbean vegetable stoup / stew.  I'm also making tomorrow night's dinner right now which is going to be Middle Eastern red lentil soup with falafels.

I had a whole trout, stuffed with garlic and capers cooked in foil, added a pesto cream sauce and a whole pile of veggies (carrots, zucchini, and kohlrabi) on the side
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Last night we had baked potatoes with broccoli cheese and baked beans. Tonight I'm meeting one of my closest friends who I haven't seen in at least a year, and we're going out to dinner :) :) :) :) :) she flies in today while I'm at work.

Either texan cornbread from 'The Hairy Bikers- Mum Knows Best' book or cottage pie.

Lime-marinated salmon, roasted broccoli or cauli, and probably steamed new potatoes!

Something comforting and homey like fish and chips or sausage and mash. Been in tears or on the verge of them all day, and I just want to feel warm and cozy.
