Soup made from whatever is in the fridge/cupboard.  I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and am too lazy to make anything that requires effort.

Hubby made a cauliflower & pasta dish here tonight too - with penne, that strange looking Romanesco cauliflower (came in this week's veg box), pine nuts, raisins, a fresh chili pepper & I'm not sure what else.  We drizzled extra virgin olive oil over it, plus grated parmesan garnish.

Hubs going to make a recipe that came with our veg box (and our veg) for Radicchio Risotto.  Need to get to Pooky & Grumps for some nice chorizo & some more risotto rice, and get an Italian red at Morrisons because it calls for wine - yay!
