Tonight I'm cracking into my Abel & Cole spaghetti squash and I'm going to make a tomato sauce to go on top. And probably make some pumpkin muffins while the sauce is bubbling away...
Summer 97 - first visited friends in London
99-00 - studied at Uni of Sussex on exchange
Feb 02 - moved to London on BUNAC
Sep 02 - WP granted (IT skills shortage list)
Sep 04 - WP renewed
Sep 06 - WP renewed again (screwed by 4-5 year ILR change)
Sep 07 - ILR!
March 09 - Citizenship!
July 09 - bone marrow transplant :(
18 Sep 10 - wedding!
Mar 12 - half marathon in Paris! 1:47:12!
Oct 12 - Amsterdam FULL marathon! 3:48:23!

Leftover chicken from last night's roast, mashed taters, and broccoli/cauliflower cheese.

Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

It was pizza night tonight with steamed veggies.  Tomorrow will be minestrone with some nice bread.

I'm having whole wheat pasta with garlic & lemon shrimp Dh is having French Onion soup neither of us likes what the other is having hence separate meals lol.  ;)  :)  I do have to say lately Dh has been mostly having the same meals as me.  :)  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Something with mince as that is what I pulled out of the freezer.  I'm thinking meatloaf.....

Yumm I make mini meatloaves and hope for a leftover one for a sandwich the next day

Whatever-is-in-the-Fridge Soup, so mostly veg plus some lentils.  Having some tiger rolls on the side, but I want to eat them now. So hungry!
