Homemade mac and cheese with some broccoli and cauliflower thrown in and a salad on the side.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Sunday roast (beef) with roast potatoes & parsnips, brussels sprouts, Yorkshire pudding & gravy!  Mmmmm!  (DH cooking)

Oh & we have A LOT of chocolate pie left over from last night.  :P

(last night when internet addict & Mr internet addict came over - we had homemade lasagna, garlic bread, lots of beer & wine & chocolate-Mississippi Mud pie)

Split pea soup, but I use chana dal beans instead of split peas, because split peas take ages and ages to cook.

A quick chicken fried rice from odds and sods from my fridge. It came out really nice too. Love it when that happens!
