Not sure... possibly home made black bean soup with bacon. Or baked potatoes and salad.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

We had an "I can't be bothered" dinner. Microwaved baked potatoes with beans, hubby had 1 1/2 bunless burgers, I had his other half ;), and I had a salad.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

We had hubby's dream butternut squash stew!  The other night, he dreamt that he took the bus into Leeds and when he got off the bus, there were food stands there selling all different kinds of squash, pumpkin, etc.  One of the stands was selling a butternut squash stew that had prawns & chicken in it, with spicy Caribbean seasonings.  So tonight, he made up the stew from his dream.  :)

Mmm that sounds good

I had a baked potato with tuna mayo on top.  Easy peasy.
