Nothing tonight.. I'm on the starvation diet.
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

We had a barbecue tonight and it was delish! I marinated chicken overnight in soy sauce, honey, orange juice, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic and minced ginger. It was awesome! Then I did veggies on skewers -- mushrooms, courgettes, red and yellow peppers and mushrooms. All washed down with loads of wine.

But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Doing the traditional Sunday roast tonight.  Meant to do it yesterday, but forgot to defrost the chicken in time!   ;D

We're having it tonight too, Lola! It kind of feels like a Sunday, anyway.

I am having soup and grilled cheese (def soup, may or may not have the G/c)  I've got a killer sore throat and nothing sounds appetizing.
