My favorite thing for a quick meal is potato onion Mrs. T's pierogies with chopped turkey bacon sprinkled on top with a bit of butter, salt, and pepper.  I'm thinking that's will I'll have tonight.  Mmmmmm!!!!!!!

Guessing I won't be getting any pierogies in England.  :(

I'm home today so I've got time to put a roast chicken in.  That'll be good because one of the kids has exams all week and needs a good healthy boost.   :)
