Erm, last night it was:

2 Cosmopolitans
3 Glasses Red Wine

Tonight I think I'll go with Roast Chicken; Marinated Tomato Salad; Green Beans; Fresh Pear and Almonds

Last night we had a green thai curry with our leftover chicken- I added red peppers and broccoli to bulk it up a bit! Tonight we're going to have an omelet of some sort because we have some eggs to use  ;) I let my hubby make the omelets, though- I'm rubbish at making eggs if they aren't poached or fried!

Ooo!  Tuna-noodle-caserole??   I make it with cooked egg noodles, peas, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, enough milk to make it stirable, salt & pepper.  Then crush up potato chips on top and bake till bubbly.  Mmmmmmm!!!!  Wonderful comfort food!  (oh- that's the other thread.  ;) )

Can't believe it.  My Indian/British boyfriend actually asked me if I wanted to go to an Indian restaurant for dinner...I thought he'd never want to go to one as he's so into cooking Indian...yippee!  I can get something with coconut milk or the like in it (he won't cook with that is it's not what's used in his 'area' of India).

Happy (and sad) to say that my boyfriend's cooking was much better than the Indian restaurant food.  And bf was comparing it the entire time so I think we'll take a miss on Indian restaurants from now on...sigh.

You'll just have to work out which ones to go to....
There are hunnerts of Indian restaurants in Glasgow, but we've found the ones that offer Indian 'home style cooking' are the best!  No funny red food colouring!  :)

Prawns and veggies in a Vietnamese Sweet & Sour Sauce! (Staag Worldfoods Indochina Stir-fry Jarred sauces)

We picked up a few of these sauces the last time we were in Tesco because they were on special. Very tasty!

That sounds good.  We're having beef w/ale & mushroom either over rice or with tatties.

What I'd really like is simply chips & beans... ::)  Maybe for lunch.......... ;D
