Tonight I'm making Chicken Korma...my son's favorite. Since he's leaving for college in less than a month I've been trying to make a lot of his favorites. He'll be living on a college student diet soon...uggh! :P

Last night we made pan fried plaice (with a spicy covering), roasted potatoes and a stir-fry veggie mix.  Yummy!

I am being very naugty this evening because we are having the in- laws over..  grilled mushrooms...creamy pesto  spaghetti, garlic bread.. a green salad.. and a chocolate chip coffee cake..
