OH no!!!  Should we get something for you for after?  I'm thinking we might be doing bar food as you suggested to me!

I never know until I open the fridge and see what strikes me.  Last night I totally indulged and had a hot dog (no bun) and tater tots with ketchup!!!  I felt like I was five, but it was soooo good!!  :)

Mom's smothered pork chop recipe...

Spread French's yellow mustard on both sides of the chops sprinkle with pepper and a good coating of floor. Pan fry and then tip a can of Campbells chicken noodle soup (condensed only) over them. Cook, covered for about 15 minutes on low (depends upon the thickness of your chops tho). Do NOT add salt.

Serve with veggies. Ideally it should be baby lima beans with corn and red pepper (succotash) but you can't get lima here so we did corn, broc, and carrots.

Peaches and raspberries for dessert!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I think I will make a fritatta with broccoli, tomato, mushroom, and onion with shredded cheese.  There is an egg commercial right now that makes my mouth water!!!  I'm going to have to make it or it will make me crazy!
