We had prawn stir fry on Wednesday.

Last night was hamburger patties w/REAL cheesy mash & salad.

Tonight is pork shoulder steak - but I'm not sure how I'm fixing it yet.  We'll have sugar snap peas and possibly rice with it.

Well I was planning to make a Goan-style prawn recipe out of a little recipe booklet we've got, written by Nigel Slater.  It calls for shell-on prawns, so I was looking in Morrisons but the only shell-on prawns they had have the EYES still on them -- oh I just can't go there!  (Can't stand seafood with the eyes still on it.)  :P  So on to Plan B...do I make it with shell-off prawns (does it make that much difference?) or something else entirely?

(I have to go back anyway because I already had a full basket (I'm on foot) with stuff I was buying for BBQ this weekend.)

I think we're going to have chilli, grilled courgettes and a salad.

Carolyn, I actually would do the recipe with shelled prawns. I can't stand the fiddly-ness of un-shelled prawns for dinner - it drives me crazy to have to mess around that much just to get a bit of shrimp.  ;)
