I totally agree - just make it without the shells.  And eyes on food are just totally unnecessary.  :o

I think I'll make salmon tonight with green beans and little red potatoes.

Its a toss up, Mark just downed a foot long Ploughmans...I made picante dip, and found a couple of beef ribs in ASDA, so they are in the oven cooking...I sure hope I dont get disappointed by them...and if the rain holds out, I want to BBQ some chicken and burgers...

I have a small steak in a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Canadian steak seasoning.  I think I'll grill it up and have some rice, with some fresh strawberries on the side.

Marks and Spencers does these proper chicken breast (no beaks or chicken lips) coated in a bread crumb. you bake them and they go all crunchy....they make luvly chicken sandwiches with low fat mayo and sliced tomato and lettuce...and you get 10 for £7.99

That's what we are gonna have......

we had  a nice day in Birmingham  today.. wonderful to meet new  UKY people..  since we ate so much there.. probabaly just some rice a roni later on..

We had a barbebcue in honour of 4th July, swordfish for me, hamburgers for hubby and veggie burgers for our neighbours, plus salads and bread.

I cooked king prawns, onions, chillies & courgette in coconut milk & butter.... got the sauce reduced nice and thick, and served over rice.

I had a chinese takeaway, Mark had a veggie meal, think its stopped raining long enough to set off some roman candles... :)
