I fixed Chicken Parmesan and pasta..........

Just gave in and had a McDonald's vanilla shake.  Totally synthetic and deadly, but it was soooooo good!  Guess it's Slim Fast for dinner again  :-\\\\

I get deadly ill when I eat McDonald's ice cream..........I get so incredibly sleepy......and I feel really yucky.............

But I hope you enjoyed yours life needs little enjoyments..........I could kill a hershey bar right now..........

a mcdonalds ice cream cone is suprisingly low in calories...a mcdonalds milkshake is suprisingly HIGH in calories...i hate that as i love the milkshakes.  :/

We're having pork steaks with grean beans and a salad.
