Tonight:  acorn squash, red onion and courgette stir-fried w/gammon steak and served with rice.

I just bought a new slow cooker today  ;D so I am making Lamb Casserole with minty dumplins  :)
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

I just realized.....I'm turning into my MIL :P I bought a melon baller 4 months ago :-[

Shrimp and veg stir fry, forgot to thaw the salmon and forgot to thaw chicken for the stiry fry.

just had shrimp pad thai last night, time for shrimp stir fry tonight! lol.  looks like we need another costco run-am running out of my 2 lbs of shrimp bags!
