Cant be arsed.
We're just having stuffed potato skins.

Sounds better than my can't be arsed oven chips! ;D

I had Doritos with left-over red beans & Mexican rice.  Hubby had veggie samosas and the kids had cod & chips.  I really couldn't be bothered!

Tonight is sausage night - and FOOTBALL NIGHT!!!  ;D

Spaghetti Bolognaise (sp?) - whole wheat spaghetti though - so much for the low carb diet - we both actually gained a pound on it!!!  :P

Though I'm with Mindy, unless I can drag myself off today, we won't be eating at all!!!  ;)

Would one of you kind ladies perhaps post your homemade chicken & dumplings recipe? I'm feeling a craving coming on - I haven't had that in ages, but it sounds SO GOOD!!!

It's easy. You ring up and speak to someone who has English as their 3rd or 4th language. You repeat your order 20 0000 times and your address 50 0000 times, and spell out the street name v-e-r-y s-l-ow-l-y. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. After an hour you get a call from the delivery guy. He is lost and is 26 miles away. Finally he arrives at about 10.30pm with your chow mein/pizza/ curry which is now cold and congealed but will taste ok in the morning.  ;D
