I'm doing that Delia's chicken stuffed with grapes thing I keep seeing on TV.  DH dropped a few hints that he would like to try it, so I will give it a go eventhough, as a vegetarian, the thought of shoving something into the carcass of a chicken kind of makes me gag.  I'll have a lovely Quorn escalope instead.  Do I get extra good wife points for this one? :)

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Yes, I think you deserve a point for that. In fact, I am going to give you one.  :)

We're having a mushroom and red pepper frittata, I think.

DH is off to a Sportsman's dinner - leek & potato soup, steak & kidney pie, sticky toffee pudding.  I'm going to have a tuna sandwich.   :-\\\\

Liver and onions!  :P

Just contemplating whether to make Yorkshire pudding with it as well to soak up the delicious gravy!
