"Ryan's Hope" (an old American soap opera)

(On another note, I think "Small Wonder" ranks among the worst "comedies" ever--the only people who probably found it funny were the series creators, laughing all the way to the bank that any network execs would be stupid enough to pick up the show. For those who never had the misfortune of sitting through an episode of it, the general premise was an alien, robotic little girl who spoke in a mechanical monotone, trying to fit in with a "typical American family"--canned laughter included. Fall down on your knees and thank any powers that might be that you were spared from wasting 30 irretrievable minutes of your life. If there's a Hell, that show would be playing 24/7.) :)

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

It's Friday so I am going to start a new theme. How about flowers. Since most flowers are referred to in the plural form, drop the "s" if possible to keep it simple.

Nasturtium
