first time here

Hello everyone,
This is my first time writing in the chat room.  So "let me introduce myself"  I am livingi in Massachusetts at the present moment with my husband.  We are planning to move to England Oct. 1 2003 We will be living there for a year for right now.  We are moving into the Brighton/Hove area.  Anyone know anything about that area?  I've been reading alot about it but so far this website has been the most helpful.  Any additional sites or information on moving, basics etc. would be great.  I am a teacher and we are moving primarly for my husband's job.  So as of this moment I am jobless.  Any help in that area would be great as well.  Well, that's my basic profile.  I hope to be chatting with you all soon.  BYE!  

Is your husband a Brit, or are you?
Have you ever been to England before?  How long have you been married, any kids?

I think we might have a couple of people here who are near that area, they might have some info for you..

Neither my husband or I are a brit.  But I have been to England before.  I studied in London for about 6 months for my student teaching.  That was about 5 years ago though.  We don't have any kids but we have been married for about a year.  I would love to meet and talk to anyone and everyone from the area and anyone who is not in the area too!
