I was kind of let down by it, especially the second half.... I mean, nothing happened!  Yes, things happened, but nothing was really resolved.  Hmpf!   >:(

Please tell me if we get an explanation as to "why" the others are taking survivors..... or what they're doing with them???

(excellent episode tonight with shannon..)

I just watched the finale last night and that question is not solved by the end of the season.

Oh poop!!!! Last night's episode showing the first days of the tail end survivors was excellent!!! Really gripping stuff. I'm just annoyed that we don't get answers to the others... >:(

Between Lost and Invasion, it is rather annoying when these shows get 'open-ended' contracts initially, so they don't have to have a time frame, and therefore are more concerned with keeping the audience hooked by not answering questions...
I still want to know what the h*ll happened to Desmond, and how it was just so easy for him to waltz off into the jungle after having been in the hatch for... how long?

He must be gagging for a good night's sleep if he has to wake up every 108 minutes to push a button...

I know he returns later on this series, but I assume will cause more questions than answers....

Very true; however, I'd have thunk he'd maybe be curious about the outside world and where to find a safe place, shelter, food, maybe longing for some companionship... but ah, that's in the 'real world'... ;)
(the one line that still stands out for me is in the flashback sequence with Jack, when Desmond said "See you in the next life").

Desmond's return does answer some things...of course, you are left with more questions, but you do get to begin piecing a few things together because of his return.

You'll find out a lot about Desmond in the last two hour long episode of season 2.  It all starts to make sense, but then of course it raises a lot of other questions.   ::) :)

And then it's only going to be on for 6 weeks and then will take a 3 month break! Although, once it comes back they're claiming it will be on weekly until the end of the season.
