PILGRIMAGE AHOY!!!

I am free during the week at all times (except next Tuesday & Wednesday the 12th & 13th) - and on weekends? I'm available Friday the 15th or Saturday the 16th, or hell, even Sunday the 17th!

How does that weekend work for anybody?
Should I be posting this in the Events thread?
Hmmmm.... let's get a date sorted out (those are the best for me, because we're moving the following weekend!)... and someone can post on the events board if I don't remember to do it right away!

Whee!

Other things of interest at Lakeside & Area:
Huge Borders bookshop
Cinnabon
BB's Muffins
Loads of cool shopping
TGIFridays

So we could try to make it a dinner & Lakeside date. Anyone up for TGI's again... this time for sure! (said a la Bullwinkle!)

I'm voting for Saturday the 16th.  8)

Lakeside Mall. 25 minutes East (by train) from Tower Bridge (well, Fenchurch Station).

Lower Level outside the entrance to Marks & Spensers.

Place called "Made in Heaven".

Oreos. Bags and bags of them, and double stuffed too. Individual oreo packs. Hershey Syrups. Hershey Bars. Hot Tamales. York peppertmint patties. Apple Jacks. Lucky Charms. Oreo cereal. Marshmallow Fluff. Mike & Ikes. Hershey Kisses. Jelly Bellys. Fanta. Tab. Baby Ruths. Reese's Bars and Cups and Bites. Chips A Hoy Cookies. Jif. Crunchy Jif. Hersheys cookies & cream bars.

I nearly cried when I walked in there today. It's been around a few weeks but I've never gone in.... things are a bit pricey - £8 for a pack of Oreos - but still, there were several bags of them!

I stood there for quite a while and tried to memorize their stock so I could post it here - hope I did a good enough job. :)

Lakeside Mall is 25 minutes East of London by train (Fenchurch Street Station), stopping at the Chafford Hundred train station (the mall is technically in Thurrock).

Nope, they don't have Mt. Dew there, sorry. :( The only cans of stuff were things like Tab and Fanta.

Went to Sweets From Heaven at Lakeside  just yesterday, spent £25 on gum and sweets -ugh-, however they did have a fair selection of some of the things one misses. Yep, Lucky Charms and Froot Loops at £8 per medium size box! Lots of cinnamon goodies though. Mountain Dew and a few other US sodas. Oh yeah, in answer to a previous message, the marshmallow fluff was £2.50 per jar.
I still just want a bag of Fritos!
At the SONIC: Large Cherry Limeade please ...
