Finding a decent cheese that makes a great nacho cheese sauce!  Sainsbury's sells a Mexican cheese in their deli counter that is perfect for melting down in a sauce pan, mixing with a bit a milk to get it creamy and perfect for dipping!

Mine was yesterday, taking a long leisurely walk along the canal with my son, who had to stop every two feet to throw rocks and twigs in....he had a blast. It was beautiful weather, lots of flowers growing along the canal, saw a few boats...loads of birds and ducks...have to go again soon!!
