I've been feeling poorly the last week, woke up today and actually feel good.  Like better then ever.  Weird, but so great!

Having the best afternoon shopping with hubs.  Found several things to bring home to friends next week and was super excited to find a cookbook I really wanted, on sale for half off!  Even cheaper than Amazon!  YAY! ;D

peace perfect peace...  it was cold and foggy out all day, so no kids screaming in front of my house, plus DH went to the football, so i had a wonderful day all to myself in peace and quiet!

They were all at the mall while we were trying to shop.  Screaming, running around almost got knocked over and had several run in's with strollers....you should need a license to operate one!!! :-X

I have great kids.  they do the dishes every single night, without being asked.  And they usually do it together (they've figured out how to divide the labour).  And they sing while they work.  They've also gotten better at it.  What used to take them an hour, they now get done in 20 min.  They have  started taking pride in keeping the kitchen clean so they don't just do dishes anymore, they actually clean!  This unexpected pleasure has built up over a long period of time and I could only have dreamed that they would become like this, way back when; now it's here!  I love my kids!

Woke up this morning to a parcel full of goodies for Rich, the baby and myself from friends in Chi-town.

Wahoo!  Any day now.... :)

Mine:

Spending nearly the whole weekend following a magnificent elephant, a giant girl, and a bunch of French hotties around town!
A most magnificent experience, to say the very least.
And completely unexpected that I would get that pulled in by it all.

Receiving a dividend check, totally forgot I had these shares. It was a 4-figure sum  :o (unfortunately 2 of those figures were on the wrong side of the decimal!)

MrsPink, that sounds fantastic! I have a suggestion; now that you have all this 'extra' time on your hands, you should write a book - SuperPink.  ;D

Its raining today, and the birds are having the best time playing in the trees in our garden!
Most entertaining for being stuck inside not feeling well ;)
